In some rare instances a merchant may not honor your discount. Examples are:
- The business/franchise closing or changing ownership
- The merchant has paused their promotion from the program after their authorized ad published
- An unforeseen change in the merchant's establishment, etc.
If a merchant did not honor your discount, please click the "Support and FAQs" link on the merchant offer details page, or Submit a Request from this Help Center or from the Contact Us footer link to inform our customer service team.
Please send us the following information to help us contact the merchant
- Name of the merchant
- Address of the merchant (street, city, state/providence)
Please know issues like this are not common occurrences. Entertainment® takes issues like this very seriously. The Rules of Use state that Entertainment® will not be responsible if an establishment refuses to honor a coupon, however, we do follow up with each notice and address the experience and offer terms with the merchant. You will not receive a follow-up message on the status of the merchant not honoring the discount.
